Monthly retainer
Quoted with the build
  • Everything in tier two, designed department by department
  • Built around the constraints your regulator actually applies
  • Keeps working when a part of it doesn't
  • A named engineer who knows your environment
  • Evidence pack kept current for auditors and examiners
  • Priced after the analysis — no range would be honest

Ranges reflect scope, not hardware. Your number is fixed in writing after the free analysis, and it holds for 30 days.

The guarantee

If it doesn't earn its place in your firm within 14 days of going live, you get every dollar back — hardware included.

We uninstall it, take the hardware back, and refund every dollar you have paid us. The clock starts the day your staff can use it, not the day you sign. It is written into the build agreement, not a footnote on a web page.

How pricing works

Two numbers, and you see both of them.

One time, all in
Hardware, engineering, integration, install, staff onboarding and your documentation pack — one number, agreed in writing before we start. It doesn't move unless you change the scope.
Monthly retainer, flat
Monitoring, updates, upkeep and support, so nobody in your office becomes the person who maintains it. Per firm, not per seat — hiring five people doesn't change your bill.
What moves you up a tier
The number of people who will actually use it. Nine users or fewer is tier one; ten to twenty-four is tier two. Past that the build is scoped to your firm and quoted.

Cost questions

What this costs, and what it replaces.

What does it cost?
It follows the number of people who will use it. Tier one covers up to 9 users: $12,000, $18,000 or $24,000 one time, with hardware and install included, and a retainer of $1,000 or $2,500 a month. Tier two covers 10 to 24 users and runs $32,000 to $56,000 one time, with a retainer of $2,500 or $5,000 a month. Above 24 users we scope and quote it. The 30-minute analysis is free either way.
What decides where I land in a range?
The number of people who will actually use the system — not your head count. The bands move in threes, so ten users and twelve users cost the same; adding a thirteenth moves you up. The calculator on this page runs the real numbers, and we fix yours in writing before anything is ordered.
What is actually included in the one-time price?
Everything needed to have it working: the hardware, the engineering, the integration with what you already run, the install, staff onboarding and the documentation for your compliance file. There is no second invoice.
How much does an AI consultant cost by comparison?
Locally, discovery and strategy engagements run $150 to $300 an hour and usually end with a document. We sell the outcome instead — one price to build it, one retainer to keep it running.
Is the monthly retainer required?
For the first year, yes. An unmaintained system quietly degrades and an unpatched one is a liability. After that you can take it in-house; we document everything either way.
What happens after 14 days?
Nothing changes — the guarantee is a floor, not a trial. If the system hasn't earned its place by then, we uninstall it and refund every dollar, hardware included.
